The 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference, more commonly referred to as COP27, will be held from November 6-18 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The conference will bring together governments, civil society, and other stakeholders to discuss climate change and its impacts, agree on how to address it, and accelerate climate action. Dominicans from the US and around the globe are attending the conference to advocate for environmental justice.
